from 5pm to 8pm we invite our residents to show off their cooking abilities and bring their favorite dish, dessert or appetizer and indulge in the Pallavicini Potluck!

The Spa Treatment is a 90 minute complimentary RSVP event.  Space is limited to 12 individuals to let the leasing office know that you're interested as soon as possible!

The NEW Keurig coffee machine is available for our valued residents with a variety of gourmet coffee and tea

Saturdays from 10am to 4pm

The towels that are draped over our loungers at the front pool are provided to our residents.  Be sure to place them in the linen basket when you\'re finished with them.

The office is closed in observance of Labor Day!
